We are looking for 2 Full Stack Developers who ideally have good experience with .Net and some light exposure to any Frontend Framework.

We are ideally looking for a solid Mid range Developer who is has ambitions to move up to a Senior level quickly.

About the Developer role:

A developer is wanted to join an established development team on exciting SaaS web projects. The ideal candidate will have a desire to contribute to the future of the project by immersing themselves in the SCRUM development process. and creating high quality deliverables in line with our product roadmap.

Key responsibilities of the Developers:

• Work closely with the SCRUM team to help shape and deliver development cycles.
• Build high quality deliverables in line with the product roadmap.
• Become a point of technical and domain knowledge regarding our products.
• Adhere to agreed software quality standards through peer reviews and team retrospectives.
• Assist in driving the implementation of good software design and development.
• Follow and implement best practices as agreed with the senior team members.
• Help other team members when required and help mentor and progress junior members.
• Help ensure the features developed by the team are produced to the highest possible quality in the fastest possible time.

What we’re looking for in the Developers:

• Minimum 2 years commercial development experience.
• Experience of working in an Agile, rapid-development environment and with SAAS environments.
• You know when to innovate and explore completely new solution, while understanding that there is
• a time and a place for tried and tested approaches too.
• You’re a driven, pro-active, pragmatic problem-solver.
• You are curious and enthusiastic about learning new skills.
• You have a self-motivated with a passion for personal development.

Essential Skills:

• Proficient in C# and .NET
• Experience of at least one front end framework such as KnockoutJS, Angular etc.
• Good understanding of SOLID and OOP principles
• Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, XP) and across the full development life cycle
• Familiar with MS SQL or other database syntax
• Experience with ORMs such as nHibernate, Entity Framework, Dapper etc.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Cloud platforms and containerised deployments
• DevOps knowledge e.g. continuous integration and deployment, Infrastructure as code etc.
• Knowledge or experience using ElasticSearch, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Azure (SQL Azure, Cloud Service, Service Bus, Storage)
• Experience using Durandal/SPA Framework
• Competent SQL skills
