Senior Infrastructure / Network Engineer
Firewalls – FortiGate – SC Clearance
Initial 2 month contract with likely extensions
£450-475 per day, Outside IR35

Our key Consulting partner urgently requires the services of a Senior Network Engineer to deliver a Firewall workstream.
The engagement will be initially 2 months with very likely extensions onto the next phase.
- We need someone who has led the discovery, planning and implementation to simplify and optimise a large enterprise estate of firewalls and their rule sets.
- The more FortiGate experience, the better, and some Palo Alto
- Has produced supporting documentation regarding audited current state, optimal end state and transition states of change.
- They need to engage with customers (technical team leads) and be proactive about sourcing information where gaps exist —no sitting back and waiting!
- Experience in putting in place BAU processes and best practice governance of firewall management is a bonus
- We need a person with Firewall experience and knowledge to lead those discussions.
